We were pleasantly surprised by the luxury and comfort of this hotel. The property is beautifully designed, with spacious pools and reasonable prices at the bar. The entertainment team did a great job providing fun activities for everyone. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the convenient amenities like room service, car hire, and laundry service. The hotel also offers an airport shuttle for a fee, which made our arrival and departure smooth. We appreciated the little touches, such as the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance provided. our stay here was enjoyable and enhanced by the exceptional services offered.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring a great start to our day. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist us with any requests. In addition, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's convenient location to a fantastic restaurant, which we regret not discovering earlier.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Communicating with the staff was a bit challenging at times, which led to some misunderstandings and wasted money. the lack of wifi in the room was inconvenient, especially for those who needed to stay connected.
